He actually listens to what the pain is, and before jumping right to you need surgery, he tries other methods to fix it first. I also had carpal tunnel surgery, and Dr. Richards was great!! Dr. Rickards has been awesome. My right hand is nearly back to normal and she's about to do the left carpel tunnel reduction. The office gets a little hectic but I have never had to wait very long and when you do see the doctor, you have her full attention.
