Alexandra’s journey through various prestigious medical institutions has equipped her with a wealth of skills and experience. At The Brooklyn Hospital Center, she worked closely with a talented team of PAs and surgeons, providing comprehensive orthopaedic care. She took on a range of responsibilities, from first assisting in surgeries for joint replacements, arthroscopies, and hand/upper extremity cases to independently evaluating and treating patients. When the COVID-19 pandemic struck in March 2020, Alexandra was called to serve in the ICU at The Brooklyn Hospital Center. She joined a multidisciplinary team to provide critical care to COVID-19 patients, handling procedures like intubations and ventilator management. Before the pandemic, Alexandra was the lead PA at NYU Langone Medical Center in New York, where she managed peri-operative and inpatient care for acute care surgery patients, streamlined workflows, and guided junior staff and students.

Her earlier roles at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston and Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge allowed her to gain deep expertise in peri-operative and inpatient care across various surgical fields, including trauma, colorectal, and bariatric surgery.

Alexandra is passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care and is committed to advancing the field of orthopaedics through her clinical expertise and dedication to her patient’s well-being.
