Cara Guth, PA-C

Cara Guth, PA-C, is a distinguished physician assistant at Girard Orthopaedic Surgeons Medical Group, Inc. With a broad and varied background in orthopaedics, sports medicine, and urgent care, Cara excels in providing comprehensive and compassionate care to her patients. Cara has an extensive background in orthopaedic surgery and outpatient care, with experience in both surgical and non-surgical settings. Her orthopedic experience began at Advanced Orthopedic Centers in Woodbury, NJ, where she assisted in surgeries of total knee, hip, elbow, and shoulder arthroplasties, ACL reconstructions, and carpal tunnel releases. She also provided both inpatient and outpatient care, including post-operative follow-ups and fracture care. Cara also worked at Reconstructive Orthopedics, where she also assisted in total hip, knee, and shoulder replacements as well as various arthroscopies.

In addition, Cara has been independently evaluating and treating patients for a variety of general medicine and orthopaedic issues at Concentra in San Diego, CA. Her responsibilities include initial evaluations of fractures and acute injuries, lacerations, wound care, minor procedures, imaging, lab interpretation, and managing workers’ compensation cases.
