Andrew Harrah, PT
Andrew “Andy” Harrah has been a licensed physical therapist since 1980 and has had the opportunity to practice at some of San Diego's finest sports and orthopedic facilities throughout the years. He has worked with athletes from the San Diego Padres, San Diego Chargers, USA Men's National Volleyball Team, PGA and Senior Tour professionals, professional surfers as well as many youth participants. Andy was an instructor at UCSD for the courses "Musculoskeletal and Biomechanical Evaluation: and "Sports Injury: Prevention and Treatment".
Andy has specialized in utilizing a functional approach and postural correction exercises in his treatments. Andy has presented the seminar "Postural Dysfunction Therapy" to the San Diego and Orange County Chapters of the American Physical Therapy Association. Andy is certified in the 3D MAPS Movement Analysis and Performance System. This is based on the principles of Applied Functional Science developed by the Gray Institute. He also utilizes the CoreTex Reactive Platform. This is the only device that provides neuromuscular facilitation and integration in all 3 planes of motion simultaneously.
Andy is a certified ALINE expert for orthotic fitting. He is also a skilled manual therapist, utilizing Maitland and Kaltenborn Techniques, among other approaches.
Andy’s has extensive background and clinical knowledge/ provides patients with the opportunity for optimal results.

Jennifer Crittenden, PT, DPT, CKTP
Jennifer Crittenden is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. She received her undergraduate degree a Bachelor of Art in Dance from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, MI and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The University of St. Augustine in San Marcos, CA. She continues to be further educated by taking specialized manual therapy courses and becoming a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner.
As a former ballet dancer, Jen has a passion for health, fitness, and of course dance with a thorough understanding of movement and body mechanics. After multiple injuries and rehabilitation sessions, Jen understands the pressures placed on those suffering an injury and going through physical therapy. Upon finishing her dance career, she decided to pursue physical therapy to join her love of athletics and dance with a desire to help others improve their physical and functional well-being. She believes in a whole-body approach to physical therapy and is a skilled manual therapist. Jen excels in using various manual treatment techniques in combination with therapeutic exercises and functional activities to guide her patients to full recovery.
When Jen is not at the clinic, you can find her with her husband and their two kids out and about enjoying the beautiful weather of San Diego. She also loves dancing, hiking, Pilates, rock climbing, and reading.

Brittany Lea, PTA
Brittany Lea is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. She received her Associates degree in Applied Science from Rhodes States College in Lima, OH and a Bachelors degree in Science with a focus on Healthcare Administration from University of Northwestern Ohio. She is also a certified RockTape and IASTM practitioner.
Brittany has always been passionate about her health and fitness, having been an avid runner and weightlifter. Brittany became intrigued by the human anatomy and decided to pursue physical therapy to help others return to their maximum potential and well being.
Brittany has experience working with sport and general orthopedic injuries, balance/gait disturbances and neurological conditions.
Brittany loves staying active and you can find her usually outdoors hiking or working on her general physical fitness.

Ali Anderson DPT
Ali is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. After completing her Physiology degree at University of California, Los Angeles, Ali moved back to Fresno to work as a high school tennis coach for three years. During that time, she decided that her skills as a coach would be suited for a career in physical therapy. She then came to sunny San Diego to earn her DPT degree at the University of St. Augustine of Health Sciences. During her time in school, she had internships in both Orthopedics and Acute Care. After finishing her DPT, she decided to stay in San Diego and took a position here at Girard Orthopedics.
As an outdoor enthusiast, Ali fully understands having the ability to do the activities you love and enjoy. Each session with Ali is tailored to each patient’s specific interests and goals, while providing education and skills that can be maintained long after physical therapy has ended. Ali’s practice utilizes techniques consistent with Applied Functional Science and also has experience with sport specific rehab and injury screening. She believes in the power of positivity and how commitment from both PT and patient are necessary for optimizing movement in order to improve the everyday.
When not in the clinic, you’ll find Ali surfing, playing tennis or beach volleyball, and camping.
